Job DescriptionProvide, oversee, and administer a wide range of psychosocial evaluation/assessment, diagnostic, counseling therapy, crisis intervention, and case management services that integrate behavioral health programs with primary health care. This position involves working closely with Utah Partners for Health’s Medical team consisting of DO’s, NP’s, PA-C’s, and RN/Case manager providing integrated behavioral health services including substance use disorder treatment.
