At the heart of the PRISM collaboration is the opportunity to connect. Connect with other leaders around the country who are addressing recruitment and retention issues, connect with clinicians to hear about their experiences, and to connect with clinic administrators.
The survey information that comes from participating in PRISM is unparalled! We learn about clinicians’ experiences, about how the obligated service programs are or are not working for practice administrators, and about the results of our efforts to retain providers where they are most needed.
Utilizing PRISM helps us strengthen our safety net workforce programs so they work better for the providers delivering care, for the practices that offer care and employ providers, and ultimately for the people needing care.
